VWhenever you have an issue with your hardware or software, you are welcome to come to our offices, without any appointment during our office hours. You'll be able to talk directly to one of our technician to present your issue and we'll do our best to help you immediately with all the smaller stuff. For all other tasks, we'll keep your gear during the time of the repair. Once repaired, we'll contact you for either a pick-up option or for delivery to your premises. All costs will be communicated before any work starts so there are no bad surprises.
Helpline
Fast and reliable, our Helpline offers you remote support over phonefor all your questions or problems with your PC or Mac personal computer. Thanks to different remote support tools, we'll be able to take control of your machine remotely and can analyse and quickly diagnose problems on your systems without the need of travel for either party.
The Helpline is available during our office hours, without interruption.
Our technicians roams through the whole of Luxembourg every day to visite you at home to setup, maintain and troubleshoot your new and old installations. We also handle network setups, whether wired or wireless for your IT equipment or your home entertainment systems. Our team will do diligent work to make sure everything runs smoothly.
